• FP4A NextGen Briefing Book — Tariffs

  Contributed to FP4A's Briefing Book Initiative, a project designed to equip 2026 Congressional candidates with practitioner-oriented foreign policy guidance. Authored content for the tariffs policy brief, one of 14 two-page memos covering major U.S. foreign policy priorities, developed in collaboration with Senior Advisors and topic coordinators. Acknowledged by name in the final publication.

• Pier Review: Leveraging the Allied Maritime Industrial Base for U.S. Shipbuilding

  Year-long research project comparing the shipbuilding industries of U.S. allies and partners to identify best practices and encourage collaboration. Authored the South Korea chapter and accompanied ADM James Foggo, USN (ret.) on shipyard visits and interviews in Korea. Acknowledged by name in the final report.
